If membership is full new slots can come open at any time.  Ask us if a membership position is available.


Please contact us to start a conversation on your flying goals.  

Once this is done, please complete the membership documents below to join the wait list.  If no slot is immediately available we will email those who complete the membership documents in the order in which they were received.

Joining our club is easy whether you are a long time pilot or brand new to aviation. 

AeroVentures has an initiation fee of $350 ($100 initiation fee, plus the account must have a +$250 balance) and a low monthly fee of $100 to maintain club membership.  With the membership fee and after checkout, you have access to our club aircraft at very reasonable rates. We charge per hour of Hobbs time.

We are proud of our clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained airplanes. We all share in the upkeep by assuring the airplanes are neat and clean after every flight.

Our airplanes are maintained to the highest standards and comply with the applicable FAA regulations. The airplanes get a 50-hour oil change, 100-hour service interval and annual inspections. IFR certified ships have required inspections at annual to ensure compliance.  

Club members take care of routine “squawks” as soon as it is written on our maintenance log to make sure the aircraft are always airworthy and ready. Our pilots report any “squawks” or submit comments/questions through the “contact” link on the main page.

Our aircraft scheduling program is used by each club member to book flights from home on their computer (Android and Apple apps available). We also work with you to track important dates such as medical, flight reviews, and club reviews.

Instructions for Application of Membership

All membership forms below are electronic Docusign documents - and must be completed online.   A day or two after completion of the forms, email members@aeroventures.club to check on the status of your submission.

Use your COMPLETE FAA name on all forms, documents and record entries.  This is the name that is attached to your FAA license (typically this is your full first, middle and last names) - NO NICKNAMES, SHORTNAMES or abbreviations!  The names on your documents should match your FAA documentation.  Note:  You should use the SAME email address for all interaction with the club!
  1. Review all Club Docs, including Rules & Regulations, Bylaws and Insurance Binder.
  2. Complete the "Member Record".
  3. Complete the “Member Agreement Full Adult” document. If you are a minor, choose the "Member Agreement Full Minor" version.
  4. Request a scheduling account with Flight Schedule Pro.

  5. After a day or two, please send an email to members@aeroventures.club - as a reminder to review your submission. 
  6. If carrying passengers, the passenger must complete the Liability Waiver.  Versions available for Adult and Minor passengers.  
*All prospective members will receive an invoice for the $100 initiation fee. In addition the account must have a +$250 balance.  This must be paid in Flight Schedule Pro before any flights/checkouts can occur.

Credit Card

All Credit Card payments can be made within Flight Schedule Pro on the "Home" page, under Dashboard>Make Payment.

Credit Card payments will be assessed a 2.9% fee for processing as charged by our payment processor.


Zelle

Zelle is the preferred choice for electronic cash payment.  Please send payments to members@aeroventures.club and make a note with the payment of which account to post the payment.  Block Time rules apply!

*Block Time Rules

Applying credit to accounts for payment methods other than through Flight Schedule Pro is a manual process for us to apply the credit. We are asking that all block time purchases be $1000 or greater.  For each amount greater than $1000, members will get an 5% in credit.  Of the 5%, 2.9% will cover credit card fee that will still be on your statement.  The additional 2.1% is bonus.
